SHIPPING: We ship using USPS. We have found out the hard way that this is way more efficient than using private companies. You get it 3 times quicker this way. Shipping costs $7.00 per order if you are a US resident, $12.00 if you live internationally. In the event that the shipment costs more, your credit card will not be charged and College Dropout will pay the difference. Upon shipment of domestic orders (this is not available for international shipment), you will receive an e-mail confirmation directly from USPS with the appropriate tracking number in order for you to follow the delivery of your package (e-mail is from USPS_Shipping_Services@usps.com). Your e-mail is required at the time of purchase in order to receive this service.

DELIVERY TIME: You should have your order within a week of the date you placed your order. In the event that your item is back-ordered & en-route to us, it could take up to 3 weeks but you will be notified if this is the case. 99% of the time you receive your order within a few days.

EXCHANGE POLICY: Collegedropout.com offers a 14-day exchange policy on all their products, with the exception of special orders (shipping is non-refundable). We will gladly exchange any item purchased on-line for a different size as long as the item has not been WORN, WASHED, or DAMAGED. Please consult our size chart to prevent ordering the wrong size. Exchanges will only occur for size and style, not design. A 4-digit invoice number is required for exchanges, so please save your receipt to facilitate this procedure. QUESTIONS ABOUT SIZING: We have spent a lot of time creating size charts for you to refer to. They are very easy to read & understand.

PROPER CARE: To care for your tees, you can wash like your normal laundry. Our recommendations are guidelines but not a must. If you want your shirt to shrink, wash with hot water and tumble-dry high. If you don’t want it to shrink, wash cold, dry tumble-dry low. Graphics should not be dry-cleaned &/or ironed. We like to give our shirts some TLC so we wash & dry ours inside out.

GROUP ORDERS: College Dropout offers bulk order discounts at wholesale pricing to groups or clubs. A minimum order of 20 shirts is necessary to receive group discount eligibility. These 20 shirts can be completely different designs, styles, colors, and sizes. Please contact College Dropout at info@collegedropout for more information, order forms, &/or instructions.

SPECIAL ORDERS: We do offer special orders. If you see a design you like but want it on a different style t or a different color, we can make it for you. Please e-mail us at specialorders@collegedropout.com if you are interested.

SALES TAX: Sales tax is charged only to states where collegedropout.com has a physical presence. Currently this is only California. An 8.25% sales tax will be added to your order if your item is being shipped within California.

AVS MISMATCH ERROR MESSAGE: Also when shopping, we have certain levels of protection that protect the Credit Card owner & if the billing address ZIP CODE that you enter at checkout does not match where the credit card bill goes to, your order will be declined by our third-party credit card authorization company & the order will NOT come through to us. If for some reason you call the bank associated with the credit card you used for this attempted purchase, or you check on-line, and it shows the charge to College Dropout please don’t get paranoid there is reason. The reason why it shows up is because we attempted an authorization. Since it was declined at this point this authorization will not go through to your credit card/bank & it will cancel out at midnight. Rest assured if you do order again & the order is approved you will only be charged for that approved order & will only be shipped the order that actually went through. You can of course e-mail us if you have any such problems.
